As part of its process of examining the proposed 2010-2011 Windsor Public Schools budget, the Board of Education announces two February Public Hearings. The first public hearing will be held on Tuesday, February 2 at 6:30 p.m. and the second will be on Saturday, February 6 at 10 a.m. Both hearings will take place in the Board Room of L.P. Both workshops are open to the public. “The two upcoming public hearings offer new opportunities for citizens to speak directly to members of the Board of Education about the development of the 2010-2011 budget,” explains Windsor Public Schools Superintendent Dr. Elizabeth E.
