Parent Portal

The portal will be closed as staff prepares the system for next year and as the schools work on and finalize scheduling for 2010-2011. When we know the date that it will reopen, it will be posted on this page.

User names are at least 8 characters long so you must include commas and spaces. Ex: if your username is six characters, add the comma and space at the end.

Important Information

We are very pleased to provide this new resource. Using the portal, parents and guardians can access their child’s grades, assignments, attendance and more. It is our goal to build a strong home/school partnership which supports the academic achievement and overall success of our students.

We encourage you to use this information to talk with your child about school. The portal should be a great vehicle for facilitating conversation and increasing a sense of responsibility for personal academic progress.

This secure, web-based tool is set up for Sage Park Middle School and Windsor High School. The portal is available 24/7. It replaces the previous system of emailing grades home. However, parents can use the portal to individually request email notifications as an additional communication.
Before accessing the portal for the first time, please read all information provided here. We also
advise that you use the directions (see link above) as a guide to navigating the portal.

If parents and guardians did not register for the portal at open houses in September, they can do so by visiting school offices during regular working hours. Please bring a photo ID in order to ensure
confidentiality of student data. Parents receive a separate username and password for each child.

We ask users to keep several important things in mind:
• Timelines for posting grades will depend on an assignment’s size, complexity and other factors.
• Dates on which assignments are first posted are also based on different factors and will vary.
• At the start of a quarter, one or two assignments can have a large impact on the overall grade.
• Please keep your user name and password safe and confidential.
• If you should lose these, please visit the school office with a photo ID. You will receive a new
password. For security reasons, we cannot email or give these out over the telephone.

Contact Information:
• Questions about grades? Please talk first with your child and then contact the teacher as needed.
• Questions about attendance or registering for the portal? Please contact the main office at the school.
• Questions about logging in or using the portal? Please read through all directions and if needed,
please email Rosemary Morante, Curriculum Supervisor for Libraries & Technology.
