Registration Checklist for WHS

  • You MUST be academically eligible. Which means you must have a GPA of at least a 71.0% and NO more than 1 F.

  • Complete ALL parts of Final Forms Registration.

  • Turn in your most recent physical (in the past 13 months) to the Windsor High School Nurses or upload to Final Forms.

  • Bring appropriate practice gear & your own water bottle.
