Windsor Public Schools is proud to offer a robust selection of benefits to our employees.
Full time benefit eligible staff are able to enroll into medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as two optional retirement account options 457 (b) and 403(b), Long Term Disability, and more. We also offer paid time off, paid holidays, and sick leave.
Employee Benefits Eligibility
WPS employee in full-time (30 hours per week), permanent positions are eligible to receive full-time benefits. Full-time means at least 30 hours per week. Permanent means at least six (6) full, consecutive months of employment or anticipation of permanent employment.
Part-time (less than 29 hours per week), permanent positions that are eligible to receive part-time benefits, refer to bargaining unit contract for details.
