A memorial service is planned for two Windsor High School students, Dylan Overbey and Faheem Robinson on Wednesday, November 10 at 6:00 PM. The vigil will begin in the WHS auditorium and moves to the front couryard at 6:45 for a tealight vigil to honor the lives of these two young men.
